Psychiatric Assistant

PSL is looking for people who have an understanding and experience of Individuals living with psychiatric disorders. The candidate should have an understanding of medication regimens, documenting of MARS sheets and documentation of clients behaviors, mood and other important details. We are also in need of individuals with a motivational interviewing skill set, clear communication with clients, ability to navigate in sometimes a stressful environment. This person should also be able to work with a team and have impeccable communication skills.
